By buying and using a product made by GAMMA 35mm you accept the following conditions.

Each purchase is individual. You can install the presets on all your personal computers. Discount is available for wholesale (≥ 5), please send an email to the support (contact@gamma35.com).
Due to the nature of the digital products all sales are final. Contact support for any question (contact@gamma35.com). Refund are not possible. If you have a very specific reason to ask a refund, please contact the support.

The presets cannot be resold, shared or redistributed. The presets cannot be modified and resold or shared for free under another name.

Conditions of use

The presets cannot be included in an application, a software or a webservice (for example, a mobile photo editing application with filters).
The presets can only be used for photo and video editing for personal or commercial projects.
